Located on the renowned Amalfi Coast, the cookery school of Oasi Olimpia is known as “La Cucina del Gusto.” Working with Chef Carmen, you'll select natural organic produce from the estate's garden and create delicious dishes such as Caprese-style ravioli and Sorrento-style gnocchi with cherry tomato sauce. You'll also have the opportunity to discover the incredible beauty of the surrounding area, including Capri Island and the city of Pompeii.
